What “furnished” means with us
- Kitchen with appliances, crockery and cookware — you arrive with a suitcase.
- Bedrooms with bed and storage; living room with sofa, table and chairs.
- Utilities and internet can be transferred or set up in your name before arrival.
- If something is missing, we agree the list in writing before the contract.
Where our furnished flats are
Most stock sits in the Zona Alta (Sant Gervasi, Sarrià, Pedralbes), Eixample, Sant Antoni and Diagonal Mar. Maresme villas are usually rented furnished too, with garden and pool maintenance included in the service.
Furnished rentals — common questions
Is furniture included in the rent?
In most long-term flats, yes. The listing states what stays; if the flat is unfurnished we can equip it and reflect the cost in the rent or in a one-off payment.
What is the minimum stay?
Long-term contracts start at 12 months. For shorter stays we work with seasonal and corporate rentals — ask us.
Do you ask for a deposit?
One month legal deposit, plus a bank guarantee depending on the profile and the owner’s conditions.
Can I rent from abroad?
Yes. We do video viewings, show the building and the neighbourhood, and prepare the contract for remote signature.
